Mark O'Neill: I was a big student of other companies and you know leadership. We did best practice visits when we were spun off to the top companies at the time like Southwest Airlines Home Depot. And then more importantly we came back and we codified them and we created what I called the young dynasty drivers. The number one dynasty driver that we codified was is that create a culture where everyone counts, no matter what level in the organizationYou make a difference. So yeah it sounds like you figured out which things mattered more than others.
