The Importance of Being Aware of Your Ego
If you don't have the sensitivity to look inward and see how your own mind and ego sort of contracts and reacts to the people around you, it tries to cover up its tracks. understanding those mechanisms within yourself obviously eases those the ability for those uh unwholesome states to take you over. It also allows you to understand other people where they're coming from when their egos start to act up as well. So we need to level up the qualities of our own consciousness if we really want to create and keep a better world yeahYeah that's absolutely correct Yeah um you kind of i mean to quote heck not hanana i don't think i'm going to quote him accurately
