What Happened in the French Revolution of 1789?
In the french revolution of 17 89, the working class violently overthrew the monarchy. This violent revoution became the european model for replacing the old social and economic order. In 18 forty eight, what happened was that when the revolutionary uprisings were put downa relative of a descendant of napoleon, louis napoleon, became head of the state in France. So there is a very famous saying of marks, as actually was written by engeles, but marks gets credit for it. The first time is tragedy, the second time is farce.
