I spend so much time talking with, you know, startup biotech advisors who talk about beginning with the end in mind and building your business with intentionality. And it occurs to me that in some cases, perhaps being too prescriptive on what you want to like, Hey, we're at our founding day. Let's start a company around it. Now, from from day one, we need to determine what's the end game here? Are we going to take this thing through to commercialization or are we going to look to be sold? Some characteristics of a company that's built to be bought versus characters as a company that is built for partnership or licensing opportunities.
