We' heard the wagner group sent a hit squad to try to kill ucranian president zalenski. If i were putin, i would be very hesitant to do that with people who were not directly under my immediate command. Professor of political science at barnard college, columbia university in new york says russia is calling for volunteers with military backgrounds to fight. She thinks using them in ukraine now would be risky.
