John would definitely do it faster the second time round, because he wasn't sure what he was getting himself into. I reckon he'll have gone fairly easy for the first 3K, and then realize that he was enjoying it. But this is not an insult. John's heavy bones in his physique that just screams no way. Is that guy running 5K? I'm going to say 30 minutes. OK. Would it shock you if my time was just a little bit slower than the world record for the fastest ever 90-year-old? It was slower. That's also considerably faster than Izzy. Not that I think I go with her. You'd rather she had my body.
