How to Discipline Your Employees
Leadership is constantly dichotomy because my goal is always you know I always say like my job is a leader is to get to the right answer it's not to have the right answer. It's to get there. My job is to make sure that as an organization we get there. But the counter to that is is the need to discipline people and the need to to enforce your own policies. Right. And so I'm looking at the the most minimally evasive way of changing that behavior if I can do it by training. If they were trying to do the right thing but they did it wrong and they made a mistake. I'm going to try to fix that by training.
