The Benefits of VASPR Training

I keep a live O2 exercise with oxygen contrast therapy device next to the RX 21 minute workout. I'll literally go out to the gym, do a VASPR workout, which takes 21 minutes, get on the ARX and go through my usually it's about even from 12 to 20 minutes on that. It's probably one of my favorite workouts that I do right now. If you just have some bands, just does it at a less level, I would recommend you could do some of the blood flow restriction beforehand, but not hyper intense.
