Lewis Hamilton has 103 wins to his name, but none since Saudi Arabia 2021. Do you see him as part of the management now? I would say yes, obviously there is his involvement in developing the car and his presence in the factory,. He has become such a senior figure on race weekends that he becomes emotionally part of the team. It's not like we call them in the past contractor, drivers come, get paid and they leave for the next day. But he has been with the team now 10 years. He is a team member.
