I'm Sorry, I Can't Because We're on Sabbath, Right?
Sabbath is a culturally accepted excuse, for better or for worse. Many people think the reason that there still is a jewish people is due in large part to this practice. Because their practice of sabbath required them not to travel more than,. you know, generally, a quarter mile on sabbath day. And so somehow that practice and living in proximity in community, i'm enlarged part. I mean, just how do people survive as an ethnic group with no nation? O gats.
