i've been on and off meditator for a number of years. Now, eight weeks might seem like a long time, but i think that 13 minutes a day is not actually that big of a time commitment. Also, based on the date on this paper, i'm going to do those meditation sessions either early in the day, such as immediately after waking, or close to it so i might get my sunshine first.
