The Power of Fables

The power of fables at least if they're done reasonably well is even though they're about you know talking animals which is pretty strange. They draw you easily into thinking about your own world and often with a less a little bit more insight because they're approaching it from a distance. Well speaking of things that are helpful I know that many of us who do this kind of work to think about is the distinction between manage management and leadership. Leadership is much more designed to help us change not just do what we know how to do help us leap into the future.
