Every day i will have at least a dozen people who will come to us with interesting, or very interesting, use guesses on how they want to work at the an. If i see something where it really connects with me then i try to probably get him to tan an kind of work. Last a couple of months, we hired more than, i think, 20 25 interns. Rid a lot of them converted to full time jobs. Rets and very good, very good job. Very good people, everything. So that kind of works. I like to give people a try. And i like to have people who like to build things, because that's how i build my entire carear
