Are the Justice Department and the January Sixth Committee Using Social Media Information to Find People That Committed Crimes?

The justice department and the january sixth committee are both doing which suggests they are setting set for more aggressive or ambitious moves. It's not clear they're limiting their use of that information to finding people that actually committed crimes. There is a question about, are they using that information to monitor and keep taps on other people who, again, just fi wrongly affiliated themselves with the wrong tribe?
