What Are the Areas Around Our Diet?

i think over the years, we've been very good at saying, cut out salt, sugar, fat, lavablas. And i think the good health trend has helped with us. So people now recognize that fibre is something that they need. But the micro nutrient, it depends on where you are in the population as to what your needs are. I do hope that personalised nutrition will start to move people down that line of travel and being able to work out what they need for them.
