How to Use the Sauna as a Stressor

The biggest difference in sauna versus ice bath is the kind of fast oncoming stress of an ice bath it's immediate. The sauna stressor is much slower so you don't really have to teach people how to like deal with that because they don't go from 0 to 100. We try to get like an hour of combined heat stress and we can do that in multiple bouts but it's like a full hour of exposure to a heat stress. To create adaptations of heat becomes really challenging at 200 plus degrees.
