The ability to get dollars into the system and move dollars across borders without restrictions. That's been the product basically forever. And what happened this time is there was a ridiculous amount of noise, so reasonable amounts of money got from place to place without trouble. The Genesis block guy who was Alameda research right we now know gave interviews on YouTube explaining they were onboarding bags of cash in countries where there are not a lot of people with bags of you as dollars.
