I'm a Senior Product Manager, but I Am a People Manager

Dublin is now a major global digital hub. But products in all sorts of different places to get into it. So changing track a little bit now, i noticed that while at hub spot, you made the transition from senior product manager to group product manager. How did your responsibilities in day to day tasks change when you made that transition? That's a really great question, and i get a a a lot. I see the from a people, from a prodict leader perspective, very little is changed.
