How to Create a New Reality for New Clients

I think we actually underestimate the change that these people are capable of. I have found as I've made these changes and talked with clients about them more often than I expected, they're like, oh yeah, that makes way more sense. And trying this alternate path with certain clients, this can be a way to get them some early wins then buy into maybe a more ambitious transition.
