I think the ideal org chart should be retention living, I mean, email and SMS living under retention understanding that the broader idea here is life cycle. If you don't fully understand like, hey, these are the customers that are repeat customers versus just people that purchase on email. Jones probably have more revenue from from our welcome flow and post quiz flow than most businesses.
