I grew up in a fatherless home and it was pretty unique because my dad was in proximity to where I lived. He just chose not to fill the role as a dad. And that growing up, you know, seeing him in grocery stores, seeing him, you know,. in town, it was confusing. It created this, this very unhealthy balance in meBecause I'm someone who is very high achiever but has a high achiever personality. They believe the lie that they need to earn their worth, they need to perform, outperform to receive that validation.
