How to Automatically Check for Mismatches in Nucleatized Sequences
A system that can automatically lift such sequences from any published paper and compare them to blast n to check for mismatch. The original idea, i think, came from jenife byrne, who's a cancer researcher in australia. And what have they found so far then? Its em is workin progress, but they reckon to have identified at least 90 problematic papers. Not to say all of them a fraud, or any of them afra actually,. But just to say that there, in any case seemed to be wrong.
