I think we want to take people seriously when they say, i'm really feeling like I have ben treated badly. On the other hand, we're also saying that people are not very self aware and not quite aware of what's happening in situations. There seems to be a disconnect between those two things. If you can create cultures where people are radically candid with each other, that's a good thing to shoot for.
