When I did my first book, I actually hired a book coach simply to have somebody to talk to. Have you seen in your experience that having some form of outside accountability helps people? Marissa Beck for the longest time, never, ever showed her stuff to anyone and patch it. But over the years, they've gotten way more collaborative as well.
