How to Find the Best Sand Conditions for Red Pointing and Hard Climbing

The best sand conditions are kind of like what is your you know best training program or your best diet it has to be very personalized. I often have a little more humidity in the air because of my dry skin whereas in the east people with sweaty hands are just praying for a drier lower humidity day so and temperature same thing I've ran out syndrome which is kind of a micro circulatory disorder that affects fingers and toes. If temperatures blow about 50 degrees or 48 degrees Fahrenheit my fingers and toes turn numb so I can't climb on cold windy days. You know one person might need sunshine to climb their best and another might need shade.
