Why Health Care Costs Are Going Up Year After Year
High health care costs are consuming all of the money that our employees, our employers give to compensate us. So even if your insurance plan is paying too much, and it's not coming out of your pocket immediately, that's going to cause you to pay higher premiums down the road. And so that's why we've had this steady, steady march of health care costs going up year after year, year. It's because we haven't fully appreciated how even when our health plan covers something, if our healthPlan covers it at a price that's too high. We're eventually going to be coming out of our pocket in the long run.
