The Problem With Demographics in China

China's working age population has crested and is now in decline. How much of a problem will demographics be for the continued development of the Chinese economy? The country is worried about its aging, but I don't think demographics make it to the top three big economic challenges for China. It's just that you can't productively deploy this new generation. That's the most urgent issue.
