I can deftly see when people are proerly flow rolling, how beneficial that can be for development of movements and positioning. How often do you do that? S, that's something you implement prtty much in every training session? Or is that somethingyou don't do? It depend it depends on the person. You know, with new students, you kind of have to just funk them up. If you don't, you don't sayn you have to just beat them up, like, tap them hard and fastand as many times as you can.
