i was with this team for about a year, which is unusual. Usually i don't do long term gigs like that. And by their own metric, we produced about twice as much working functionality over that period then a teams not doing that. I guess with 20 years of experience doing things that didn't work, something that sounded like it would solve problems at as kind of cool, it actually worked. That's al surprising. Youknow, i'd never done it before, but, you know, the ideas seemed to make sense to me after trying things other way.
