Urban Planning and Design to Make It More for Human Beings and Not for Cars
I pay and I can walk to places. That is like my big thing. And there's a big push for that in the cities. The problem is getting from where we are now to that point and the transition, right? You know, if you've lived somewhere a long time and you rely on a car and you can't walk, you're very well upset when driving becomes very, very difficult. So the public transport, the widened footpaths and all those upgrades sort of need to come as a package. But it doesn't in practice, it's very tricky to get it to work well.
