How to Get Into a Less Excited State of Awareness

The only way to access it, you can't pay somebody to give it to you. You have to literally sit down and just do the opposite of what we normally are doing - which is being active. The more we keep investing in that space, dropping into that state of a being, as opposed to doing, the more we tap into that. And then eventually we can actually export it from the eyes closed state into the eyes open state, into activity. That's where we'll start to find that we become more process oriente rather than outcome oriente.
