How Do You Scale Up Your Distribution?
The goal is to try to simplify everything possible so these restaurants can try products or fulfill and kind of pivot from something they're already offering. We want to make it as easy as possible to turn that cost into a profit for them. Third party logistics? Third party logistics, yes. On the wholesale side, which maybe people aren't as familiar with,. It's very common more on the D2C side but we're trying to leverage that same kind of warehouse capacity to help us scale. As we grow through California, we'll be expanding our coverage into Northern California. Then as we grow East, we'llbe expanding our coverage in Texas, Chicago, Florida, New York.
