How to Get to a Fully Extended Knee Position

A lot of times, the issue with a leg extension is that we won't have a consideration for hip position when we're trying to get to this fully extended knee position. So sometimes the limitation might not actually be in strength. Might just be that you set yourself in a hip position, where you can't actively get to full knee extension. We need to have a considering for the degrees of hip flexion we're in. Do we need to lean back a little bit? Do weneed to drop the seat back so we create a bit more hip extension? And then start thinking, okay, do I need a consideration for load? I'm going to use to get in that position.
