The Role of Education and Awareness in Neurodiversity
Every neurodivergent person is going to have individual strengths or weaknesses. No two dyslexic people are going to be exactly the same. If you're not able to work remotely, at least the provision of some kind of quiet working space should be made. But for a lot of people, actually working in a large open plan office, it's not just the noise, but it's all of the people and how busy it is.
