Healing the Inner Child
Most of us who have a wounded inner child never felt safe. It's impossible to tell some one else how you feel, if you can't accept how you feel and set boundaries. Once you do your healing work, many, if not all, of your codepeecy symptoms will in to disappear. You're no longer relyant on other people to make you feel safe or to give you a sense of self. You're finding your true self, your north star.
