The ability to suspend a difficult long piece of thought in the brain is becoming harder and harder to do even podcasts. Some people are great audio consumers of information it can be again another thing that we've made very passive because we put it on the background now. I don't actually read very much fictional material and I have only in the last couple of years realized I read a lot of factual information.
