For most people, honestly, I tell them by a meet a really low cost ETF global in your 401k, keep adding to it. If you're not going to use us, then use Jack Bogel, man. Not everyone in the world should be researching either quant or active stock picking. Get the average return on the market and let someone else worry about that.
