Dodd-Frank and the Money Market Fun Stuff?
The biggest piece of it is the Dodd-Frank Act. It essentially did was sort of plead agnosticism and say, we don't know exactly what to do. We're also going to put higher bank capital requirements out there. But take note, that's not the non-banking sector. That is absolutely the commercial banking sector. And you could even, if you wanted to stop at Bush, you could say that he even expanded some of the stuff that Clinton had done prior and made it worse.
