How to Choose the Right Salt for Your Recipe

There are some of my favorites and obviously like to bring them in. There's two specifically that I really love because they're quite unique. The Bellini state grid salt comes from a region next to our Kruger National Park. And the other one is a pill caviar we call it. They beautiful little balls, which is handcrafted by nature.
