The Moral Fibre of Democracy

From top to bottom, all public spaces are controlled by the state. This corruption then works down to all levels. Once you see your boss is corrupt, you be corrupt and funds start to disappear from state agencies. The police are no longer paid, so they have to go out and harass drivers and get bribes and kick backs so that they can survive. And it becomes a complete system of essentially criminal activity. If this was russia alone, it would be their problem and everything would be fine. But it's not. Russia now is uniquely promote n autocracy as a better way of governance.
