What's Up With the Women's Strike?

Women at amercus first organized labor was now ony. Children lead the walk out. It spreads to other mills. Now workers all over the area surrounding factories, looding equipment and even marching to owners homes,. insulting them and breaking their windows. They've got 15 of em in the house. What's the problem? It seems pretty good.
