Mark O'Mara: Psychonuroimmunology is one of my favorite words. It's a nine syllable word which rolls off the tongue if you practice it, I don't know, five times a day, 20 minutes a day for about 10 years and it's a very powerful word. 60 years ago, we didn't even believe that the brain and the immune system talked to each other. And this became an basis for our understanding of things like what we call in the West Mind Body Medicine or really Mind Body Spirit Medicine.
