Black Lives Matter Is a Force for Positive Change

In the face of police unions, which oppose even reasonable reforms, black lives matter seems a force for positive change. But i no longer believe that cops disproportionately kill unarmed black americans. Each story in this paragraph involves a police officer killing an unarmed white person. And to demonstrate how commonly this happens, i've aken all of them from a single year, 20 15, chosen at random.
