William was found dead in his apartment. His arms were by his side, and his legs were straight. And there was blood around his mouth, but no signs of a struggle. A neighbor decided to call paramount pictures instead of the police. Paramount studio manage charles ayton arrived on the scene not too long before the police were eventually called. But he had plenty of time to hypothetically plant whatever he needed to and know what he wanted to.
