Tia: Was there ever a time when you really felt like, I mean, your life has really been in danger? Tia: You have to be comfortable being uncomfortable. The way I dealt with that was if I was in another city or wherever I was, I would walk into a boxing gym or a Brazilian Jitsu gym and get sparred on the same level as pro boxers. And it's so much better than getting punched in the face by a black belt who doesn't know what he's doing.
