This week's podcast is a follow up to last week's on overload training. After an overload box, how do you recover? Should there be a week similar to a taper week that still nets a positive benefit? In training for my first half marathon, I've taken a more conservative approach. While I still focus heavily on getting enough food and water in, I can still become very tired.
