All the reactors are in cold shutdown, all except for one. Cold shutdown means that there's still a chain reaction going. They're still producing cesium and iodine. There is still it's a much more dangerous situation if somehow that reactive vessel was breached than if they were in cold shutdown. I've been in containment and cold shutdown. So it's a safer place to be. And you mentioned iodine. The nuclear power plants have been gradually shutting down as Russia invades Ukraine.
