Do You Have a Pre Workout Drink?

I used to like mash, like rice cakes with peanut butter and banana. But i actually find that my health's just a lot better when i simplify my meals. I do creating in the pre workout drink. This might sound a bit sort of body building supplementy, controversial. For me, personally, i have found that i feel like a better human with creating in my diet. So i'm just surrendering to that and just using it.
