If you feel like you are constantly over thinking and thinking about what's going to happen, or nervous and experience fear before or during sex, it's performance anxiety. And a big part of that, it sounds like, is asking yourself some tough questions about how you truly feel about yourself. A lot of men come to me and they say, i just want to fix this problem. You know, i'm ejaculating too quickly. That's my problem. Help me fix it. Anstead like you can't tell men to be more vulnerable in a society that is not trained to understand and totally embrace male vulnerability.
Is my dick too small? Do they notice my man boobs? Does she think I just want sex? Are my legs too skinny? Am I strong enough to do any position she desires? Is this a safe space for my trauma?
