The Energetic Cost of Things
As a leader, you can be uniquely exhausting because for all kinds of reasons that you might not realize. But if you can channel some kind of authentic excitement or enthusiasm about what we're doing, it can be really infectious and positive. The fifth conversation I wish I could have with a younger version of myself is about experience. Experience building companies gives you pattern recognition which will help you see the next time more quickly. And there's actually specific things that are hard to replicate in a fundamental sense unless you've had them before.
